REVIEW: We always enjoy this neighborhood Mexican Restaurant! Food is always good and prices are great.. We love the homemade salsa and chips...took the whole family this time (they are all able to drink) and total cost was excellent!

REVIEW: Delicious authentic Mexican food. Everything here is good. You can't go wrong. Drinks and desserts are amazing. Wait staff is friendly and efficient. One of the owners is usually present, at least on the weekends, and they are very friendly and care about their customers. Great place for dinner and drinks with friends!

REVIEW: We went on a busy Friday night and had a little bit of wait, but it was made worthwhile by amazing margaritas made by the most friendly bartender! She gave us our drinks, and we went to wait in the semi-awkward nook with warm chips and salsa.
I ordered the "special" of Poblano Relleno, which was 2 poblano peppers stuffed with pulled pork smothered in a cheese sauce. It also came with a cheese enchilada and rice. The peppers were cooked to perfection! Not soggy at all like I've experienced at other places. Delicious and plenty for lunch the next day!
My boyfriend ordered the Enchiladas Mole, and never having mole before, was not disappointed! He said the idea of mole was a little odd but ended up enjoying the flavor of the dish. Would definitely return for margaritas and great Mexican food!

REVIEW: Great food. Attentive service. Low prices. This is one of our favorite restaurants, to which we return again and again since its opening. Before that we went to La Paloma's original location in Quincy, MA, which is still open.

REVIEW: I live in the area and whenever I'm in the mood for a delicious enchilada, a refreshing margarita, and a relaxing meal, I always go to La Paloma.
The prices are reasonable, the restaurant is cozy, and it always feels like a fun fiesta when I go there! There is a cute, little bar and an adjoining enclave where you can munch on warm tortilla chips and their own salsa (which is so good you can buy in local supermarkets!) while you wait for a table.
They have awesome specials, and whenever they have the scallop or shrimp on offer, I get it. I recently had a lobster quesadilla ... to die for!!

REVIEW: La Paloma of Quincy is our favorite local Mexican restaurant. My wife and I have been dining there since 1998, and we still love it. The dining room is small and cozy, but not cramped, the staff is friendly, and the food is superb. I almost always order Enchiladas Mole with rice and beans, and have flan for dessert. The most difficult decision for me is whether to have a Corona or Dos Equis. La Paloma also makes fabulous homemade salsa and guacamole. If you're going to dine there on a Saturday night, I suggest you go early, because it's a popular spot.

REVIEW: Always the best Fajitas. My husband loves the paella. Am so glad they opened another branch in Kingston, MA as that one is closer to my home and the food is equally yummy.

REVIEW: Usually when I go to a restaurant I order the same thing. The food is so good at La Paloma I find myself experimenting and ordering different items from the menu and trying the daily lunch specials. I haven't been disappointed yet! I'll keep going back and keep trying new things.

REVIEW: La Paloma just recently opened in Kingston (their original location is in Quincy). As you may has gathered from its name, it is a Mexican restaurant - my favorite! To be honest, at first I wasn't so sure if I wanted to go. The location itself has a history of restaurants that don't last long, and when they are there they're not so great. However, being the fearless explorer that I am, I opted to give it a go - and it was amazing!
For dinner, I had chicken enchiladas with a mole sauce - the mole was very good. I have had some superior mole and some less-than-great mole and this was was definitely on the northern side of the spectrum. The enchiladas were smothered in cheese, but not overkill. The black beans and rice made for an excellent side - the rice had a hint of spice, but nothing overwhelming. The margarita (yumm) was very good. I had just the classic one and the proportions of sour mix to tequila to salt were pleasing to my margarita-loving taste buds.
So, fear not my fellow South-Shore-lifers, while the "last" restaurant that was in this location was sub-par, La Paloma is definitely a keeper and I hope they are around for awhile because one of my fellow diners had bacon wrapped shrimp and I really want to try those.
Oh, and they do take-out! Yes!

REVIEW: I was worried that after hearing the restaurant had opened a new location that the best of the crew would be focused on the new facility. That was not the case! The food and service were excellent! A+ for both. Never had a less then excellent meal there. Waitress extremely friendly and never let my glass run dry.
